Upper Klamath Water Users, Association worked collaboratively with the Klamath Water Users Association and other stakeholders in the Klamath Basin Restoration Agreement, and the Klamath Hydroelectric Settlement to assure that off project ranches and farms qualify for the benefits of affordable power within the settlement.
